Magical Flip Sequin Skirt

This is a beautiful, magical, rainbow flip sequin skirt made out of an old, purse that did not last! It’s lined with black knit and has an invisible zipper in it. This is a very short skirt to be worn over leggings or tights. It’s typically a dress skirt but can be dressed down as shown in the photo.
