Magical Brand Shoes size 24

Excellent barefoot shoes. size 24. purchased brand new, daughter wore for a week before they were too small. managed to get a something on them in that time. I'm not sure if it will come out (see photos) but I have only tried with water as I fo not have expertise in this area and didn't want to damage the shoes.
