Magia USA Royal Blue Maxi Dress

This is a stunner. Gorgous blue color. Has a peekaboo cutout at the front. Heavier fabric won't stick to skin and will sway as you walk. 96% polyester 4% spandex Measures about 16" pit to pit and has plenty of stretch throughout. Based on the paper tag I believe this is vintage but I could be wrong.
