Pretty navy blue blouse made by Maggie Sweet. The blouse buttons up the front and have sleeves that roll and button with a tab on the side, The blouse is made of rayon and is machine washable. It is a size 1X and measures 26” from armpit to armpit. It is 30” in length. The top would look great with dress pants.
