Is the belt removable? Height with heel height with the dress on please and since it is. Corseted can it go smaller than the size? Thanks

@sambenedetto7 the belt is attached to the dress. It was made that way. When I wore it, it was corseted as tight as it would go but I couldn’t tell you a for sure size that it goes down to
