suziesmiles13 @raystory22 bust doesn't lay flat because the dress is very well made. Its so gorgeous. 18.5" is what the measuring tape says but that doesn't include the cut of the dress to allow for breasts. Waist laying flat is 15.5". There is no stretch there. The zipper is on the side of the dress

suziesmiles13 @raystory22 hip laying flat is 20" but again, there is so much extra material because of how the dress is cut and the style. I know I probably wasn't that helpful so if u have further questions, maybe we can fifure it out together 🤗
