Maeve multi-colored flounce tiered skirt from Anthropologie, size L. Fully lined. Elasticized in back to adjust fit. Waist measures 32 inches, waist to hem 19.5 inches. Not quite a mini-can be worn at waist or at hip. Hard to see in photos but it has three tiers. Lightly worn-cute with navy tank!
