@dcarrasco40 hi there! As you know, it is difficult to give a precise waist measurement with an elastic waist. Fully extended/stretched to the best of my ability, the waist measures 17-1/2” when flat. Of course it can also be smaller if the elastic is not fully stretched, to fit a smaller waist. Hope that helps. Skirt only worn twice, BTW.
