Maeve anthropology corduroy dress size 2

This is the cutest Maeve Anthropology half corduroy and cotton dress. It’s a size two with the top of the dress being grey with buttons and ruffles and the bottom red corduroy with an elastic gather in the back. It also has the cutest hem. It has a side zipper. It is in very good condition. It has pockets and it had a belt at one time but I do not have it. It measures 35” from top to bottom of hem.
