XSP Maeve tiered short shirt dress. Fully lined. Very similar to Bettina shirt dress but bottom layers are slightly different. 100% cotton. Very very tiny faint spot on front near buttons- almost invisible- circled in last photo. Collar has speck of white on right side that looks like a bleach stain but seems to be part of fabric/print.
