Madewell blue ruffle button up tank medium

100% cotton I would call this periwinkle blue, some purple tint to it almost. Measurements are taken with garment laying flat. I use a fabric tape measure. These measurements are approximate. Please double where appropriate. I use Persil to wash my items. If you are sensitive to scents please keep this in mind.
