Madewell short striped dress XS

Classic dark navy blue and white stripes, in very good used condition. From Madewell. Has been a staple in my closet year round! Pair with a blazer and it’s very chic day and night. Fabric is on the heavy side, which I loved because I knew the wind wasn’t going to blow my dress up easily 😅
