Madewell short sleeve “wrap” dress.

Madewell, size 8, runs true to size. Short sleeve and has the illusion of a wrap dress although it actually has a thin piece of elastic that runs around the waist. Cute little ruffles on the bottom, hits right above the knee (I’m 5”5’). NEVER WORN, ORIGINAL TAG STILL ON!
