Only used a couple of times. Pretty much like new minus maybe some light scratches in leather but that’s typical pretty much from the jump with all Madewell leather bags. I have larger one that I used regularly and it gets super soft and better with time. Selling because I just seem to still prefer my other one’s size and color.
