Madewell confetti blouse

XL blouse with fun confetti detail. Worn once - like new condition. This top has an elastic waistline that keeps it from riding up on you. Elastic at the wrists creates a subtle balloon sleeve. Snaps at chest and waist create a draped look in front (see photo). The blouse is lined through the torso and the sleeves are unlined and slightly transparent. The sequins are sewn and NOT sparkly.
