Madewell boat neck top with 3/4 sleeve!!

Classic Madewell piece - beige color with boat neck and comfy fabric. Sleeves are 3/4 length with tie accent to add some flare. There are some light fabric softener stains on the low back of shirt, around sleeve detail and on back collar - all shown in photos. This is why shirt is selling AS IS for CHEAP and no returns please!!
