It can be carried two ways, thanks to the top handles and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap. 12 1/2"W x 9 1/"H x 3"D with a 3" strap drop and adjustable 20 1/2" - 23 1/2" shoulder strap drop. Retail $158. In excellent very clean condition from my smoke free home, it is like new, I only carried this 3 times.
