leannawyrick Hi Krystal! I purchased the blue patagonia capaline air hoody from you on Jan 16. I saw that you messaged me twice but I’m not able to open the emails and the order isn’t showing up on my end. It’s been charged to my card but there’s no record of the purchase on Poshmark. I’m not sure if there’s a glitch in the system? Sorry to message you here but I didn’t know how else to get a hold of you. A messaged Poshmark support about the issue as well.

krystalmooreart @leannawyrick hi Leanne, it did end up shipping your purchase and for some reason it did not state it was in transit. I did contact poshmark support due to it being "delivered " in Las Vegas. I am planning on calling the usps to find out what happened and why it was not scanned in and tracked. I apologize for the mishap, and I'm working on finding a solution with poshmark.

krystalmooreart @leannawyrick USPS was not helpful at all. They said it reached its destination that was provided by poshmark, I even told them the address on the label but they didn't want to hear about the mistake. I guess we will have to wait for poshmark support to handle this further. I have never had any issues before so this is super frustrating. I apologize again Leanne.

krystalmooreart @leannawyrick I'm in contact with poshmark support and they to and not being helpful. I'm really trying. I have screen shots of the tracking for both packages and they are claiming the NV delivery address is correct which I know is the wrong state and city. I hope they try and help you when they get to your claim. I'm doing everything on my end to try and resolve this. I am so sorry again.
