olivia_s11 @emmarose98 Hi! From the top of dress to the lowest part of the neckline is 9inches. I currently wear this dress in a small, and it’s about 7 inches from my neck to the lowest part of the neckline. The neckline is not adjustable, but the waist is. It’s a tie waist, so you can adjust it to however small or large you want! I hope this was helpful :) let me know if you need clarification or have any other questions💓
