@msleggs29 Hi, Thanks for reaching out. Honestly, I would say excellent condition because I wore maybe 2-3 times. I would refer to the image showing bottom of foot for best indication of wear.

@sincerelysades Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the boot fits TTS. I can easily wear a lightweight sock or a sock with some cushion density and the boot is still comfortable. Hope this helps!
