Never worn and still has tags attached! For some reason this skirt has developed some stains, not sure why, but probably from sitting in my closet for so long. I tried to show them in the pictures but let me know if you need more. I haven’t had the chance to take it to get dry cleaned but maybe someone is willing to give it a new life!

sandbox15 @junonia Hello! The waistband measures 13". I'm not sure how to measure the hips since the skirt is meant to be worn just at the waist or above, depending on your preference. I usually wear an XS or S, and this skirt fits me perfectly. So I'd say if you're usually that size in Madewell skirts, this should fit you fine.
