Madewell blouse with peplum and ruffle detail. Absolutely adorable with jeans for a breezy, casual look, or dress it up with slacks for the office! My favorite brunch blouse! Fits on the roomy side. Pilling on interior seams from lots of use, but exterior looks perfect.
