Madewell Novelist Shirtdress in Navy

Shirtdress with Tie waist belt in navy rayon. This fabric is slightly see through so I would wear a slip under. Also I am XS and I like to wear this as small because I think it looks good a little baggier. It's the navy above I will post pics soon but in perfect condition just from dry cleaner worn once.
