Most of the wear to the outside of the bag has been painted over. A few water stains on the inside pocket, a few paint stains inside and general wear on the crossbody strap and small leather straps. The brass hardware is scratched and tarnished from general wear. The zipper works perfectly. Lots of life left! Smells like beautiful, fresh leather.
