Madewell Midi Halter Dres

Lightweight Madewell midi dress in a vibrant chartreuse-y yellow. Halter tie fasten around neck and back, cute hip area side cutouts. I think Madewell had marketed it as a swim coverup dress but can be worn as an every day dress as well with the right bra/no bra. Not see through!
