Madewell Lucie puffed sleeve smocked bodice top. Smocked bodice and sleeve cuffs! Color is moody blooms. Like a rust orange color with a floral pattern. Womens size xsmall but runs a bit big. Would probably fit a small or medium top. Great used condition! Only worn a couple of times
