Good condition! Could use some leather conditioner but otherwise, no rips or scratches. It has been conditioned about once a year. It has some wear but still has plenty of life left! There is a piece near the zipper I trimmed but it’s t visible when wearing, see photo. I just don’t reach for it since I’m not going into the office anymore.
