@tubalores it’s not elastic .. there are two belt loops and you can use the belt to pull the dressing at the waist

@lilydeufel it’s definitely more on the flowy side of the spectrum rather than fitted. The belt is nice to add some shape to it. I can post a model photo later to give you better idea !
