michellerome859 @jojoskel Hi there, according to Madewell website size 29 is Waist 30.25” and Hip 40.24”. For the size 28 it is Wasit 29” and Hip 39”. All Jeans are sealed in their original plastic, i would prefer to not have to open them and avoid stains and/or dirt. Let me know if you have any questions
