Madewell tie-sleeve tiered midi dress in black and white “woodcut flowers” print. Has a keyhole neckline you can wear open or closed. It’s cotton, lined, and runs a little small as the top part is fitted with no stretch. Approx 17” PTP, wouldn’t fit any larger than a 34DD, and that fits pretty tight.
