New, never worn. Runs a bit small. Long sleeve with fluttery detail on arms. Pretty blue base color with lots of floral pops of color. Would be great with jeans or dress pants for work! bust is approx 19 in from base of the arm across. Length is approx 22 in from top of shoulder to hem.
