Madewell Dock Side Skirt! 💙

Amazing Madewell skirt! Has a “seaside” style with blue and white stripes, wrapped with a knotted rope belt. Excellent condition and only worn once. Skirt is 100% cotton and has an elasticized waist, and pockets! Skirt is fully lined too. No stains, rips, pills, etc. Measurements taken while laying flat: 14” across top waist (unstretched), 18” long from top.
