These are full leather boots with contrasting brown leather trim at the sole and lug rubber soles, they have some grip but aren’t overdone. They’re a feminine version of a masculine boot. I’ve worn these a few times but there is almost no wear on the soles as I’ve shown in pictures. These are well made and will last for many seasons. I love the black with the brown sole, it makes them much more versatile than being solid black. A great addition to any closet
