This is a Women's Madewell Blue and White Mini Skirt that is a size 6. It is lined and has a zipper in the back. It is 100% Cotton. It has a 29" Waist and the Length is 15". In great condition. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure the waist laying flat and double that for the waist measurement.
