Madewell Blouse with beaded collar --

Adorable top -- worn only once, maybe twice. I work from home so I rarely have to dress up in work attire. If I did, this would be my go to. You have to be a little careful about the collar snagging other clothes in your closet though. When I bought the shirt, I was given a piece of fabric to prevent this so I'll send it with the shirt when you buy it. I've never had an issue.
