Madewell 100% Cotton Open Shoulder Summer Dress

Measurements: 36.5" from top of shoulder to bottom of dress, 15.5" across waist, 16" inches pit to pit, 23" across bottom of dress, approximately 9.5" shoulder to shoulder. All measurements are approximate but very accurate! I'm always open to reasonable offers.
