This dress is brand new, it has NEVER been worn or altered! Size 4. Unique dress in the color "Pebble'. I am 5'3 and this is perfect with a 3" heel. My dress was designed to have a slightly more modest neck plunge so it's not as deep cut as the model's photo. The side and back lace and button details are incredible!
