Madden girl Bowie size 9 sandal

NWT - size 9. Purchased new and they are too small for my daughter and can’t return. They arrived with a small stain on the strap (see pic). They’ve not been worn as you can tell in the pictures. Firm on price, already taking a hit on the price from what I paid.
