the newest tags Madden New York chunky sandals color black with a silver button on the back of the ankle. It does put on by sliding the stretchy ankle strap up your ankle. in my opinion the ankle strap is for someone who has a slimmer ankle. I am plus size and they do fit my ankles however I'd wanted to mention that disclaimer. The platform is probably about a size 4 in however with the platform part in the front of the shoe leading to the back makes it about a 2 and 1/2 in platform when walking.
