@bellachi they aren’t sparkly. It’s velvet so it appears somewhat shiny. I wear 7 7.5 & 8 sized shoes. These fit like a 7.5

@cheyennelucero no marks of scuffs on the bottom of the boots. They are true to size and will fit fine with a thin ankle sock.
