vintage 60s You are looking at a Vintage 1960s Madame Alexander Sweet Tears Doll in Christening Dress with Pacifier. The dress is faded and very yellow. I don't want to attempt to clean it. orgininal pacifier. She does have both socks that are in good condition. her hat strap is broke. please see all pics. elastic straps are no longer tight. she needs some TLC she has been packed away in storage for the last 40 years.
