Macy’s adjustable sapphire bracelet

BOX INCLUDED. Received as a gift, pinkish/purple and white sapphire adjustable bracelet in sterling silver. One of the balls on the end of the bracelet fell off, so if you pull the chain too much it will come through, just have to be careful, and it is still wearable! The ball that fell off is still in the original box (under the felt), if you wanted to bring it to a jeweler and have them fix it.
