where exactly are the crystals missing from and are they a baby blue or more turquoise blue???

One was added with arrows pointing to where the crystals are missing (this was the only spot that I saw any where missing, but it could be possible there are more)
The color is almost a combination of turquoise and light blue - I added some more photos in different lighting so you can get a better understating of the color. I hope this helps!!
