MacDuggal black rose and sequin dress strapless

Runway fashion at a great price! MacDuggal Black Rose Strapless Dress shoulder to hem 33" this is a size 4. Bottom of the dress is done in black roses with beading and sequins at the waist/hips. Fully lined with breast pads. This is new but the only tags are from the boutique store we purchased it from in their going out of business sale. It has never been worn.
