This is my mom in my daughter’s wedding day. She is almost 5’3” and has a very small bust. Shoulder to waist measures 12-1/2”. It is an empire waist. Waist measures 23-3/4” across. Sleeve length is 24-1/2” gown overall length is 59” . Pit to pit is 25” Dress has a full lining, then a tulle layer and finally the over beaded layer.
