These tan “kelly” jeans are a euro size 38/28 which is aprox a US size 6, 28” waist, 34” hips, 11 rise & 28” inseam, they also measure 21” at the thigh & aprox 14” around the bottom of the pant leg, no sign of wear, like new, great condition
