esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 Well, I definitely don’t think it will encourage any type of lifestyle. He’s figuring out who he is right now so if he likes to dabble in makeup in my personal opinion, I would not take that away from him. A lot of children dabble in makeup. It will not change who he will become in the long run. If anything, it will help him figure out who he is sooner and he won’t feel he has to hide it from you. That’s just my personal opinion though.

esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 that’s adorable though! My nephew saw me putting on makeup and he wanted me to put some powder and lip gloss and eyeshadow on him so I did it. He was just having fun. Also, he sees you wearing it and he looks up to you so that could be another reason. That so sweet! I don’t believe in not allowing children to express who they are because when they get older they will just do things to spite you and have resentment towards you for it.

esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 Yeah showing interest in feminine products very well could mean he may be into the same sex later on but that’s nothing to be ashamed of and it’s nothing you want him to feel bad about or like he hast to hide it because later on, there will be resentment there for sure with you,

esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 but even if you prevented him from using make up and stuff he’s still going to end up liking, or having feelings for whatever sex draws his attention so instead of suppressing it, you should just allow him to be him and it will make it a lot easier on both of you! It’s 2023 though he won’t get picked on or anything it’s normal now. I completely understand your concern though.

esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 but it also does not mean 100%. He’s going to be gay I know a lot of children that age that just experiment new things you know he might try it out a couple times and then move onto the next phase.

esavino1235 @daisygirl32948 I have a lot of gay guy, friends, and female friends though and honestly they don’t wear make up or lipstick that she usually more for like rocker dudes and transvestites when they get dressed up but I doubt that’s the case

And yeah if he’s into dresses and all that then he most likely will be attracted to men or he could be bisexual as well. Either way, I’m really happy you will support it either way!
