Mac & Jac royal blue fit flare tulle overlay dress

Mac & Jac royal blue dress with a tulle overlay that has plush dots. Rear zipper with hook and eye, fully lined. The overlay is longer than the liner. Zipper works, the dress was just too small for my dress form. She is a size 4/6 please use measurements to confirm fit, two small light dots on the liner. Size Small Flat measurements armpit to armpit 14.5" waistband 13'" shoulder to hem 32-33"
