SEQUINED BUTTERFLY SLEEVE HIGH LOW GOWN new with tags but i did notice some missing sequins (last pic) on one shoulder and a thread hear and there, no major flaws and nothing you would notice unless doing a deep inspection, manufacturer included extra sequin bag . note that with any heavily embroidered gown (such as the mac duggal gowns). there may be some loose sequin and thread (no tears or stains) that may occur even at the store. this gown is new and any loose sequin has been disclosed to the best of my ability. also please please visit the mac duggal website and search " 93681" to get all the details on this dress and to make sure a size 12 will work for you
