Mac Dugal pageant/ party/ prom gown

Mac Dugal ball gown or pageant gown. Very beautiful blue. Size 14 but I am 5'6" and have 38 bust, and it fits perfectly in the bodice. This dress is long and will need to be hemmed. I have had no alterations done to it. If you are 5 8. or 5'9" You probably would be fine with no alteration to the bottom. needs to be steamed I purchased and since I never got it altered I never ended up wearing it. in my closet for a couple years. too pretty to not be worn.
